Hypnotic Amnesia Worksheet Explanation & Create

We’ve published Hypnotic Amnesia, The Book You Remember on How to Forget in both Kindle and paperback versions. They’re selling well, and we want to thank everyone who has purchased them and who will publish them in the future.

We ran into an interesting dilemna with the Kindle version however, one which we didn’t anticipate. Because we have one chapter with columns and because we offer PDF worksheets for each chapter, we had to create the ebook in a textbook/print replica format. That has resulted in the book being challenging to read/re-size/enjoy for some of our fans.

To make things slightly better, we’ve offered this compromise – we’re putting out an Abridged version of Hypnotic Amnesia. This version will lack Chapter 21, Dual Inductions, and will have no worksheets. Instead, we’ve made a blank worksheet and an explanation on how to use them available right here at the top of this post, as a link to a pdf, so that everyone who wants to can use that to record their progress.

Thanks for your patience, and we hope that this compromise is suitable for all those people who prefer a Kindle version to read!

All research done!

DJ & I have managed to finish creating all the raw recordings necessary for this book. (Yay!)

We’ve created 36 different hypnotic techniques from the initial 11 or 12, talked about them, done them, DJ wrote down his after-impressions, we’ve done some additional testing with other subjects, and those recordings are being transcribed and edited now. We’re also working on a few other aspects of the book we think users will find especially useful as they read and begin to go through these techniques on their own.

If you have comments or questions about the book, go ahead & ask!

If you’ve experienced or caused hypnotic amnesia, remember to take our survey!

Greetings, Hypnosis Fans!

If you’re like me, there’s something appealing about the idea of elegantly hacking into someone else’s mind and adjusting their memories, their ability to remember something, or causing them to forget something for a while.

If you’re like the people I play with, the idea of me having that kind of control over your conscious self is exciting, because you never quite know what I might do. Are you a new character? Do you remember your name? Have you checked your email and noticed that you sent a photo to yourself you don’t remember sending, let alone taking the photo?  What else is possible with these tools?!

Hypnotic Amnesia delves into several techniques which can induce hypnotic amnesia, including discussions on the science or art of the technique when available, as well as transcripts and notes from hypnotist (generally pre-session) and subject (generally post).

This book is a starting point. The 36 or so different techniques we specifically bring to life for you may be classic or old school to you, but there’s probably a few you’ve never heard of or thought of before, and there are likely some you love and use often which aren’t in this book. While the survey touches on some of your favourite ideas, we’ve opened this forum so that you can share techniques, articles, stories, and ask questions. I can’t guarantee we’ll be able to answer them all, but with the wide variety of knowledge and application available, perhaps someone will.

So there’s a forum – why do I want to buy the book? Because the book goes into detail about each technique, and includes scripts, discussions, and more, and helps to support this website and the education and further conversations about amnesia.

So there’s a book – why do I want to join the forum? Because the forum continues and expands upon the  book, and allows us to build a community of other hypnotic amnesia fans, to discover, create and learn new techniques, and perhaps to find a partner to practice these things with.

Here’s the link to the survey (Anonymous, and responses included in the book):
